A HEAD FULL OF NOTHING

A Kung Fu life feels like an existence of constant contrasts. A wondrous expression of internal and external balance, that can raise you to new heights or bring you crashing to earth.  

Living with this constant contrast and practicing this. Holistic art for nine months has enabled me to understand and embrace a simple concept I coined: "A Mind Full of Nothing."

And this simply means being fully immersed in the moment you are experiencing allowing the subconscious to take over and manage the task at hand.

This theory was put to the test as I began learning BaJi Fist, a powerful style full of explosive fajin attacks.
