The Simple Truth

Most of the time, when I share my practice, I only show the polished version — the forms I’ve lived with for a month or more, the ones that feel just steady enough to be seen. They’re never perfect, but at least they give the impression of progress. Today, though, I want to show you the other side of the story: what learning really looks like in its first raw hours.

It isn’t pretty.
