An Easy Day

I woke to a beautiful Sunday. Sunlight through the window. The world calm, unhurried. It feels like the kind of day that doesn’t ask much of you.

Maybe a walk.
Maybe rest.
Maybe nothing at all.

Days like this are easy precisely because they’re undefined. There’s no shape to follow, no expectation to meet. Whatever arrives, arrives.

I know I’m fortunate. I know that from the outside this life could look like a dream — visible, even enviable. But dreams like this are quieter than people imagine. Less spectacle. More solitude.

The day feels light because I’m not trying to make it anything else.

For now, that’s enough to sit with.
