Today moved lightly.
No real direction. Just a quiet drifting from one moment to the next. Nothing pulling, nothing needing to be held onto.
Training followed the same feeling.
Tension stayed low. Movements came and went without much resistance. Nothing stood out, and nothing needed to.
Some days pass without asking for anything in return.
No lessons to uncover.
No problems to solve.
Just a steady rhythm that carries itself.
There’s a simplicity in that.
Easy to overlook.
But when noticed, it feels like something quietly given.
