When the Weight Is Felt
As the week stretches on, the body begins to show it.
Tiredness settling in a little deeper than usual. Not overwhelming, just present enough to be noticed in everything.
There’s a quiet thought of stepping away for a day.
Not acted on.
Just there.
Everything else continues as it should. Sleep is steady. Food is enough. Training moves forward. And yet, there are moments where the weight of it all becomes clear.
Not physical alone.
Something broader.
A question appears from time to time.
Is it worth it?
It doesn’t stay long.
But it arrives honestly.
This kind of feeling was always part of it. Not unexpected. Just another point along the path where things are tested a little more closely.
Nothing new.
Just the same choice, returning again.
Keep going, or not.
For now, the answer remains the same.
Stay with it.
The tiredness doesn’t need to be solved. It doesn’t need to disappear.
It just needs to be carried for a while.
The body adapts. The mind follows.
And eventually, it passes.
There’s something simple in that.
Not easy.
But simple enough to trust.
So the steps continue.
Nothing added.
Nothing taken away.
Just moving forward, as it is.
